Two kids in one year

Giving birth twice a year was obviously not my plan. I don't think i know anyone who does ;p but that's exactly what happened to me. I gave birth to my son, Muhammad Abel Maulana on March 26th 2006 at 18.07 hrs. Eleven months twenty days later on March 16th 2007 at 05.38 hrs, Jasmine Aimee Maulana was born.
Apparently I was so fertile that when my son reaches 3 months old, I was already pregnant again. Ain't life grand?! ;)

And look how fast they grow..

Pancakes to start a blog..

There's too much things going inside my head right now, yeah yeah i know.. really not a good way to start a blog, but never mind with that. Rather than to confuse or even upset someone who reads my blog, i decided to post a recipe. Not just any recipe. These thick fluffy scrumptious food has help me through the bad morning i was having. Hope this brightens your day, like it does mine :)

Super Duper Fluffy Pancakes
For 12 pancakes
What you need :
400 gr all purpose flour, sifted
2 tablespoon baking powder
2 large egg
5 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons butter
A pinch of salt
450 ml milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
How to :
Combine flour & baking powder. Set aside. Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl. Stir in the sugar, salt, vanilla & butter. Blend in alternately flour mixture and milk. Stir until well combined. The batter should be thick.
Heat your griddle or skillet over medium high heat and grease it lightly with a little vegetable oil. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the griddle. Turn the heat to medium low. Cook the pancakes until large bubbles begin to appear. Using a thin, wide spatula, flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown on the second side.
Serve with butter and maple syrup/golden syrup/honey or even ice cream.
You choose! ;)
Bon Appetit!
